OCD
From KefkaPedia
OCD is a psychological term that is short for a psychological disorder called Obsessive Compulsive Disorder. A compulsion is when you feel drawn, or compelled, to do something, without any real reason or desire. Obsession is to constantly think about something without eliciting a change that would allow for different thinking. So, together, obsessive and compulsive are a disorder where you obsess, or constantly think about, all of your odd compulsions. You try to fulfill them, and if you can not, then you think about them a ridiculous amount. Some people are just obsessive, or just compulsive, neither of which are disorders by themselves.
"I have CDO. It's like OCD, but, all the letters are in alphabetical order, like they should be."
